First-of-its-kind Indian Clinical Study on GoRoga

GoRoga’s Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES) technology has been scientifically evaluated in India’s first published clinical study on anxiety management. Conducted at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College & General Hospital, Mumbai, and published in the Annals of Indian Psychiatry (2025), this research provides strong evidence of GoRoga’s effectiveness in Indian patients.

Study Design

  • Sample Size: 100 patients, aged 18 - 80 years
  • Conditions Studied: Major Depressive Disorder with anxious distress, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Adjustment Disorder with Anxiety
  • Intervention: Single 20-minute GoRoga CES session (mastoid placement)
  • Parameters Measured: Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Oxygen Saturation, Subjective Anxiety (Visual Analog Scale - VAS)

Key Findings

Immediate Reduction in Anxiety – Significant drop in subjective anxiety scores (GAD-7) from 7.15 → 3.46 after just one session. Physiological Improvements –

No major side effects reported.
