In intimate relationships of all kinds, we often experience a lot of intense emotions around closeness. In this program, we practice stepping back from these stories and towards self-soothing and better connection.

Organizational Stress

Modern life involves a lot of multi-tasking, and the constant juggling can bring us a lot of worry. This program explores how to pause in moments of overwhelm, when we are shortcircuiting or on autopilot. Together, we find ways to welcome in more space, awareness and choice.

Set a session timer or if you like to record a session with another app. GoRoga can work simultaneously with other meditation apps. Feel free to use GoRoga to record your session while using the guide/sound of other apps.

Social Pressure Anxiety
